Jackie and Bre's love story began in a crowded bar. The two were there with friends and crossed paths. There was an instant connection, and they gave each other high-fives. They exchanged information, and Bre asked Jackie out on a date the next day. A few months later, the couple eloped to Cannon Beach, Oregon, exchanging vows against an epic backdrop. Unfortunately, a mishap with their original wedding photographer left them with missing photos. A year later, they decided to remedy this and celebrate their love with a vow renewal in the stunning Hocking Hills region of Ohio.
Their one-year anniversary began at Hocking Hills Chalets Legends Cabin, where they shared precious moments with their daughter, capturing beautiful getting-ready photos. After indulging in a delicious cake and a celebratory champagne toast, they hopped into their jeep for a scenic drive.
The couple's private vow renewal ceremony took place at the breathtaking Ash Cave. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow on the ancient rock formations, they exchanged heartfelt vows in a serene and intimate setting. The park was theirs alone, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
While they had originally planned to continue their photoshoot at Conkles Hollow, a change of plans led to an unexpected adventure. The couple decided to explore a beautiful wildflower field, capturing stunning portraits amidst nature's vibrant colors.
As the day drew to a close, hunger pangs began to set in. Instead of a traditional dinner, they opted for a fun and casual meal at Dairy Queen. The unexpected encounter with a non-official pirate mascot added a playful touch to their day.
To top off their unique celebration, they headed to Taco Bell, their favorite fast-food restaurant. Unable to dine indoors, they embraced the unconventional and enjoyed their tacos in the parking lot as the sun dipped below the horizon.
