Kendell & Bailey’s Hocking Hills Adventure Micro Wedding
Kendell and Bailey’s adventure micro wedding was the perfect blend of intimate moments, thoughtful details, and the rugged beauty of nature.
We kicked off the morning at their cozy cabin, capturing those quiet, expectant moments of getting ready. Kendell, a trauma nurse, brought along her medical kit—which turned out to be as practical as it was personal! Her medical snips were the ideal tool for trimming loose strings from her gown, proving that a nurse's preparation comes in handy anywhere. After finishing up their final touches, Kendell and Bailey shared a sweet, emotional first look right outside the cabin before heading out for the main event.

Chasing Morning Light & Rushing Waterfalls
Our destination was Cedar Falls, and as soon as we arrived near the parking lot, we were greeted by incredible editorial light cutting through the trees. Cedar Falls can often dry up by August, but thanks to recent rainfall, the waterfall was flowing nicely. Morning light filtered through the canopy and down into the gorge, creating an ethereal glow around the couple.
Vows and Photos
Surrounded by the sandstone walls and the sound of falling water, Kendell and Bailey began their ceremony by sharing private vows with one another. Following their intimate exchange, a close friend officiated a more traditional ceremony. Afterward, we explored the gorge for portraits, ending with a striking shot of Kendell standing illuminated on a giant boulder above Queer Creek.

The Celebration Continues
After a mid-day break, everyone gathered back at the cabin in the evening as guests arrived. Our time was filled with lively group photos, genuine candid laughter, and a sweet cake cutting to celebrate a truly memorable day.
