Summer Anniversary Photos at Conkles Hollow in the Hocking Hills

Heather & Jason's Anniversary Session

Twenty years. 7,305 days. Countless shared mornings, inside jokes, and one undeniable truth: love, much like a deep gorges carved into the Ohio landscape, only gets more beautiful with time.

A black and white vintage style photo of a couple's hands embracing and overlapping. The photo was taken on their 25th wedding anniversary.
A couples walks away from the camera and towards Conkles hollow gorge waterfall. The light is hazy and dreamy.

Back to Where It Began

To celebrate two decades of marriage, Heather and Jason decided to forgo the traditional fancy dinner or crowded resort. Instead, they headed to the place that has served as the backdrop for their love story since the very beginning: Conkles Hollow State Nature Preserve.

An Anniversary Celebration Built on Connection

Recreating old photos and laughing over how much marriage is like a good hike, their day was a beautiful reminder that major milestones don’t require a grand spectacle—just a meaningful location, an authentic connection, and the person you want by your side for the next loop around the trail.
